A: Since every item is handmade & one-of-a-kind, we unfortunately do not accept cancellations. We suggest measuring the space in which you plan to display your decor and comparing the dimensions on the listing to ensure you will be satisfied with your order.
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: What if my item arrived damaged?
A: Email us at email@example.com or contact us here within 24 hours of the product’s arrival & include photos of the damaged product so that I can file a claim. I will work with you to either refund or exchange your purchase.
